This range of wines has been designed to encapsulate what is Australian. We have selected three famous Australian wine varieties — Shiraz, Cabernet Merlot and Chardonnay — and have designed them to reflect the famous styles that have made Australian wineries famous throughout the world.
Named after the Kookaburra, the cheekiest of all Australian native animals, this range attempts to portray the Australian way of life — relaxed and full of fun. We have two Kookaburras which frequent the redgum trees at our winery. They have been affectionately nicknamed the ‘two jokers’ due to their infectious ‘laughing’ call which can be heard across the vineyards every morning. We feel that these remarkable birds are laughing at us as we go about our morning duties.
